Bottle Shop General Manager

Odd Culture Bottle Shop

Full Time

Reports to: Group Operations Manager

Odd Culture’s flagship bottle shop is the realisation of our marked focus on natural wine, craft beer, and spirits made by producers with conscious farming efforts; working sustainability, organically, and biodynamically. We focus on honest expressions of terroir, including native yeasts, bacterias, and cultures. This natural-booze-forward concept is the cornerstone of our initial Odd Culture vision, and our bottle shop hosts one of the most extensive packaged liquor offerings in Sydney.

With our store developing and growing, we have need for a seasoned and ambitious Bottle Shop Manager to coordinate and oversee the operation of the in-store retail and online eCommerce store; both of which are to be expanded on to create a hybrid wine-bar and cellar offering. An exceptionally unique Sydney concept, this is a fantastic chance to develop in an environment which will host an unparalleled retail wine, beer, and spirit range, hold producer tastings and masterclasses, and deliver a small-bar product mix in a highly dynamic service environment.

If you have a deep passion for product as much as you enjoy guest interaction and sharing knowledge, this mixed environment will allow you to thrive and develop.
